If you are struggling with sadness or worry, you feel that something isn’t right, maybe you know the root cause, maybe you don’t. Having a supporting professional by your side can help you peel away the layers, learn how to cope and get your life back on track.

I specialize in teens and young adults (18-30) that are struggling with a variety of issues including trauma, depression, anxiety and low self-esteem.

I am passionate about empowering my clients to address their current struggles or their past trauma to begin to heal themselves through therapy and to acquire the skills necessary to manage their symptoms, thrive and have emotionally healthy lives.

I utilize a mindfulness approach.Mindfulness is an approach in therapy that focuses on teaching clients how to increase self awareness, increase self love, learn how to stop overthinking and learn how to be more present in the moment. When we learn to be more in the moment and less in our minds, we are happier, calmer and able to enjoy life more.

I utilize an accepting, nonjudgmental and gentle approach, I like to go at the pace of my client and meet my client where they are in their journey, yet I will also gently challenge my client to confront their fears and struggles.
